The National Disability Council of Namibia (NDCN) successfully hosted a two-day Stakeholder Education and Awareness Workshop on the Revised National Policy on Disability in the Otjozondjupa Region at Ce’st Si Bon Hotel, Otjiwarongo.

The workshop forms part of NDCN’s nationwide awareness campaign aimed at strengthening the understanding of the revised policy among key stakeholders. The engagement provided an important platform to discuss disability rights, promote inclusive development, and encourage collaboration towards the effective implementation of the policy.

Through initiatives like these, the NDCN continues to reaffirm its commitment to advancing the rights, participation, and empowerment of persons with disabilities, while promoting their full inclusion in Namibia’s national development agenda.
