At NDCN, a career entails a series of programs that is conducted to match an employee’s abilities and career goals with current and future opportunities in the organisation. Both off-the-job and on-the-job training strategies are included in career developmental activities for our employees.
With us at NDCN, a job vacancy shall refer to a paid post that is newly created, unoccupied, or about to become vacant for which we are taking active steps to find a suitable candidate either from outside or within and recruit within a specific period.
We take internship as a program that provides potential employees with work experience and our first consideration is to recruit persons with disabilities provided they meet set requirements. Our student interns work for a period of three (3) consecutive months with a possibility of extension to a maximum of twelve (12) months.
